Vietnamese, Lao, Cambodian PMs review trilateral cooperation
Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc yesterday held a meeting with his Lao and Cambodian counterparts, Thongloun Sisoulith and Hun Sen, on the sidelines of the 31st ASEAN Summit in Manila, the Philippines.
